Vortex Volleyball Club Season Tryouts 2021 MAKE UP! 

Cost is $15 if you pre-register online by Oct 3rd, $20 day of or at the door.

Please arrive at 6:45 pm to check in. 

Make up tryouts are for all ages that can not attend the main tryout date.

Club Season Details

Mid-November to April

$1400

Includes Tournament Fees, Jerseys, team building activities, and Vortex Swag. 

1.5 hour court time plus 30 mins training 2x a week, 5 one day tournaments and one 2 day tournament. Some 15s, 16s, 17s teams may be invited to one more tournament in Mesquite.

All clinics, tryouts and season practices will be held at F5 Athletics: 1078 W. 350 S. Suite B, Syracuse, UT 84075 

Referral Program 

Please invite friends to participate in tryouts!  Any previous Vortex athlete will receive a $40 referral discount for every athlete they refer who makes a team. 

Example: Sara played for Vortex last year. This year she has brought 3 of her friends with her to tryouts. They each make the team. A $120 credit will be added to Sara's account. The referred athletes will not receive a discount the first year but will be eligible the next year to refer their friends for a discount.

A deposit of $350 is due upon registration. This fee will enable the club to register my child to play for club events, insurance, and uniforms.

The additional amount can be split into 4 payments of $262.50 and are due November 1, December 1, and January 1, February 1

All payments are set up on an automatic withdrawal upon registration. Parent is responsible to keep payment card information up to date.

FUNDRAISERS

We conduct 2 fundraisers per season to assist in dues and/or to help cover tournaments above and beyond what is scheduled.

1. Serve-A-Thon: by collecting pledges from neighbors and family/friends of any amount per serve your athlete can collect quite a chunk of change! Ex: Will asks a neighbor to pledge .10 and another neighbor pledges .25 per serve she can serve over the net and in, out of 100. On the day of the Serve-A-Thon he serves over 80 out of 100. His one neighbor would then give him $8 and the other would do $20. Some of our girl athletes have been able to make upwards of $800 in the past! *details to come!

2. Sponsorship: Each athlete is welcome to find a sponsor. Sponsorships are any amount and all $ goes directly toward the athlete�????�?????�????�????�????�???�??�?�¢??s dues.
