Three hour clinic for boys ready to play on a men's height net. We will focus on fundamental skills of serving, passing, setting, hitting, and blocking.  

We cannot believe it is that time of year again, but it is time to gear up for the boys volleyball season! We would like to build on the success we have had over the last two seasons, and we would love to continue to grow boys volleyball in Davis and Weber Counties. With that being said here is the information for this year:

1.    Thursday, August 8th, 2019, 6 - 9 pm: Boy's Clinic

a.    Cost is $30 per athlete; Registration is open 

b.    Ages 10-18   

2.    Thursday, August 22^nd, 2019, 6:00-7:30 pm: Boy's Tryouts

a.    $10 tryout fee; Registration will be open soon on the Vortex webpage

b.    Season cost is $700. This includes all online processing, coaching, uniform, gym and tournament fees; Season registration will be open shortly before tryouts

Please invite friends to participate. We are hearing the sanctioning of boys volleyball in high school may be sooner than we think. To promote the growth, we are starting a referral program starting this boysÃ????Ã???Ã??Ã?¢?? season. Any previous Vortex boy athlete will receive a $30 referral discount for every boy they refer who makes a team.

Example: Jackson played for Vortex last year. This year he has brought 3 of his friends with him to tryouts. They each make the team. Jackson will receive a discount code from Vortex that will eliminate $90 from the seasons cost. The referred athletes will not receive a discount the first year but will be eligible the next year to refer their friends for a discount.
